#Refund Policy
Refund Policy for Safari Bookings Cancellation Periods:
1-3 days before Safari Date: No refund.
4-15 days before Safari Date: 20% of the booking amount will be refunded.
16-59 days before Safari Date: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
60-90 days before Safari Date: Full refund minus a 25% cancellation fee.
Non-Refundable Items:Activities and single-seat safari bookings are non-refundable.
No refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before the safari date.
Refund Processing:Refunds will be processed within 4-7 working days after cancellation.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
Conditions for Refund:Refunds are only applicable for safari bookings.
No refunds for cancellations of activities, tent bookings, or canter bookings.
